The Google interview process
Google runs a recruiter screen, one or two phone coding rounds, then an onsite of four to five interviews. Interviewers do not decide your offer. They write detailed notes against a shared rubric, and a separate hiring committee reads the packet and makes the call, which is why feedback can take weeks.
